- Boni-Soir Pincourt recherche un(e) Caissier(ère) dévoué(e) et axé(e) sur le service à la clientèle pour rejoindre notre équipe. En tant que Caissier(ère), vous jouerez un rôle essentiel dans le bon déroulement des transactions et la fourniture d'un excellent service à nos clients estimés. Responsabilités:

- Accueillir chaleureusement les clients et fournir un service exceptionnel tout au long de leur visite
- Gérer avec précision et efficacité les transactions en espèces, y compris l'utilisation de caisses enregistreuses, de scanners et de terminaux de paiement par carte de crédit/débit
- Utiliser la machine à Loto et aider les clients à acheter des billets de loterie
- Gérer la station-service, y compris les ventes de carburant et la surveillance des pompes
- Maintenir une zone de caisse propre et organisée, en veillant à ce que tous les articles soient correctement scannés et étiquetés
- Traiter les échanges et les retours, en respectant les politiques et les procédures de l'entreprise
- Aider les clients à trouver des produits et fournir des informations sur les caractéristiques et les promotions des produits
- Collaborer avec l'équipe pour atteindre les objectifs de vente et maintenir un niveau élevé de satisfaction de la clientèle
- Gérer les demandes des clients et résoudre les problèmes ou les plaintes de manière professionnelle et rapide

Qualifications:

- Une expérience antérieure en tant que caissier(ère) ou dans le commerce de détail est préférée
- De solides compétences mathématiques et la capacité à manipuler avec précision les transactions en espèces
- Excellentes compétences interpersonnelles et capacité à communiquer efficacement
- Capacité à travailler efficacement dans un environnement dynamique et axé sur l'équipe
- Connaissance de base en informatique et familiarité avec les équipements électroniques tels que les caisses enregistreuses et les scanners
- Souci du détail et capacité à effectuer plusieurs tâches simultanément
- Disponibilité pour travailler selon des horaires flexibles, y compris les soirées, les week-ends et les jours fériés

- Boni-Soir Pincourt is seeking a dedicated and customer-oriented Cashier to join our team. As a Cashier, you will play a vital role in ensuring smooth transactions and providing excellent service to our valued customers. **Responsibilities**:

- Greet customers warmly and provide exceptional customer service throughout their visit
- Accurately and efficiently handle cash transactions, including operating cash registers, scanners, and credit/debit card terminals
- Operate the Loto machine and assist customers with lottery purchases
- Manage the gas station area, including fuel sales and monitoring pumps
- Maintain a neat and organized checkout area, ensuring all items are properly scanned and priced
- Process exchanges and returns, adhering to company policies and procedures
- Assist customers in locating products and provide information about product features and promotions
- Collaborate with the team to achieve sales targets and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints in a professional and timely manner

Qualifications:

- Prior cashier or retail experience is preferred
- Strong mathematical skills and ability to handle cash transactions accurately
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work well in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with electronic equipment such as cash registers and scanners
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively
- Availability to work flexible shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays

Boni-Soir Pincourt

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent
Part-time hours: 40 per week

**Salary**: $15.25-$16.00 per hour
