**Overview**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Regularly patrol the parking lot and surrounding areas to pick up litter and trash
- Empty trash receptacles and replace liners as needed
- Sweep walkways and entrances to maintain cleanliness
- Report any maintenance or safety issues to the appropriate personnel

**Skills**:

- Ability to use hand tools for basic groundskeeping tasks
- Familiarity with operating power tools for maintenance work
- Experience with mowing lawns and maintaining outdoor areas
- Skill in using both hand tools and power tools effectively
