**Job Description**:
En tant que chargé de projet - construction, vous assumez la responsabilité de la réalisation des projets de construction, de rénovation, de maintien d’actif et d’économie d’énergie qui vous sont confiées. Vous planifiez, dirigez, coordonnez et contrôlez les activités reliées à la gestion de divers projets immobiliers. Pour ce faire, vous coordonnez l’analyse des besoins, la définition du concept, la préparation des plans et devis, la sollicitation et l’adjudication des contrats ainsi que la surveillance des travaux. Vous êtes appelé à effectuer la conception et donner des avis et recommandations techniques, selon votre champ d’expertise.

Vous vous réalisez dans les fonctions suivantes:
- Effectuer la planification et la coordination des activités reliées à la gestion de projets immobiliers qui lui sont confiées, en respect des procédures et politique établie.- Recueillir et analyser les besoins spécifiques des clients, autant externes qu’internes à l’organisation, et proposer des solutions en fonction des standards de l’entreprise et du budget établi.- Établir les parties prenantes à impliquer au projet, élaborer un estimé des coûts et un échéancier préliminaire.- Déterminer et mettre en œuvre les éléments requis pour rencontrer les facteurs clés, contrôler le projet et minimiser les risques.- Coordonner les activités des différents intervenants impliqués aux projets afin d’atteindre les biens livrables.- Assurer que la coordination des plans, préparés par les différents professionnels externes (plan, devis et autres) et que l’information présente expriment bien les besoins.- Contrôler l’exécution du projet en effectuant le suivi des biens livrables, de l’échéancier, du budget, des facteurs clés de succès et les éléments de risque.

Vos talents et qualifications:
- Détenir un baccalauréat en génie, en architecture ou dans une discipline du bâtiment.- Être membre d'un Ordre reconnu (ingénieurs, architectes)- Connaissances approfondies des volets reliés à la construction, notamment des lois et règlements, des normes ainsi que des bonnes pratiques.- Posséder un minimum de 10 années d’expérience en gestion de projets de construction.- Bonne maîtrise des langues anglaise et française parlées et écrites.- Une formation en gestion de projets constitue un atout.- Être en mesure de se déplacer sur les différents sites de la Société (Province de Québec).- Démontrer un grand sens de l’organisation, de la planification et de la gestion des priorités.
