As our Maintenance Planner, you will schedule and coordinate preventative maintenance programs supporting our diverse manufacturing team. You'll act as the key system owner optimizing our computerized maintenance program, prioritizing work orders, and ensuring satisfactory completion of equipment upkeep.

**Responsibilities**:

- Prioritize and schedule the work backlog by type and status
- Produce planned work schedule for Maintenance, Engineering, and Operations.
- Conduct follow-up to ensure satisfactory completion of required work.
- Responsible for updating the master file database
- Maintain bills of materials and create requisitions for purchasing
- Generate performance measurement reports for the SAP system
- Be the key system owner for the computerized maintenance program
- Maintain and adhere to the required hygiene, safety, and quality standards on the production floor
- Build parts kits for large maintenance jobs
- Other duties as assigned.

**Qualifications**:

- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Industrial Electrician / Millwright Certification
- Effective computer skills. Must have a working knowledge of SAP.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Self-motivated and able to take initiative
- Proven abilities in problem-solving, conflict resolution, decision-making, and planning
- Team player who can effectively collaborate with and support the Maintenance and Operations Departments
- Flexible to undertake other work that may be assigned from time to time which may be outside the area of normal duties.
