Cashier/receptionist

_**Tops Carwash **_is looking for an experienced cashier/receptionist to join our team.

As the first point of contact with customers, you will be responsible for creating a welcoming and positive first impression of our business. You will be responsible for processing all transactions, handling cash, and ensuring that the register balances at the end of each shift. Additionally, you will be responsible for answering phones, directing calls, and greeting customers as they enter the establishment.

Key Responsibilities:

- Greet customers and provide excellent customer service. - Accurately process transactions, including cash, credit/debit cards, and checks. - Balance the register at the end of each shift. - Respond to customer inquiries and provide information about our products and services. - Answer phones and direct calls to the appropriate department or individual. - Maintain a clean and organized front desk and lobby area. - Monitor inventory levels and restock supplies as needed. - Maintain confidentiality of customer and company information.

Qualifications: - High school diploma or equivalent. - Previous experience as a cashier or receptionist preferred. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Strong attention to detail and accuracy. - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team. - Basic computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and other related software. - Ability to handle cash and operate a cash register. - Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $19.00-$22.00 per hour

Day range:

- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability
