**Role Summary**

As a Reproductive endocrinologist and Infertility specialist, you will play a pivotal role in providing world-class medical care and reproductive assistance to individuals and couples experiencing infertility issues. Your expertise will help hopeful parents realize their dreams of starting or expanding their families.

**Role Responsibilities**
- Conduct thorough patient assessments, including medical histories and physical examinations.
- Diagnose infertility issues in both male and female patients using diagnostic tests and evaluations.
- Develop personalized treatment plans, including ovulation induction, IUI, IVF, and other ART procedures.
- Perform assisted reproductive technologies (ART) procedures, such as embryo transfers and egg retrievals.
- Provide counseling and education to patients about treatment options, risks, and success rates.
- Stay updated on the latest advancements in fertility treatments and implement innovative techniques.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals for comprehensive patient care.
- Adhere to ethical standards, legal requirements, and patient confidentiality.
- Ensure compliance with clinic policies and quality assurance standards.
- Pursue continuing education and professional development opportunities.
- Other duties, as assigned

**Required Qualifications**
- Medical degree (MD) from an accredited institution.
- Specialization in Obstetrics and Gynecology with a focus on Reproductive Endocrinology and Infertility (REI).
- Certification or eligibility for certification by the Royal College of Physicians and Surgeons of Canada (RCPSC) or equivalent.
- Valid medical license to practice in the province or territory of the clinic.
- Demonstrated expertise in fertility treatments and assisted reproductive technologies.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Empathy and sensitivity when dealing with patients' emotional challenges.
- Commitment to maintaining patient confidentiality and ethical principles.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
