**PROCUREMENT EXPEDITOR**

**Mississauga, ON**

**WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING**:

- Accurately processes backorder reports for customer orders utilizing strong MS Excel skills.
- Effectively manages the distribution of reports to appropriate individuals in each applicable location (i.e. any of 25 different pulp & paper / saw mills), in a timely fashion.
- Provides support to Customer Service Representatives, and Procurement Coordinators as required, to ensure deliveries are received on-time and according to customer specifications.
- Performs regular supplier follow-ups/order confirmations, and processes delivery updates for customer orders through our internal tracking system, accordingly.
- Communicates regularly and effectively CSRs with respect to order/delivery updates, ensuring smooth business continuity.
- Follows and tracks order delivery process from beginning to end, and completes all receiving and feedback functions.
- Performs other administrative duties/responsibilities as may be assigned or required.

**WHAT YOU’LL BRING TO OUR TEAM**:

- Intermediate to Advanced excel skills required.
- Education: High School Diploma required; post-secondary education preferred.
- Basic math and analytical skills required.
- Bilingual in English/French preferred.
- Knowledge of Health & Safety standards and safe work practices.
- Excellent organizational, prioritization, and time management skills.
- High attention to detail, and consistently able to maintain a high level of accuracy
