Envirotech Windows and Doors Ltd is a leader in quality installations, services and product offerings. We are locally owned and have been installing residential windows and doors, commercial aluminum windows and doors, interior heavy glass and mirror, and sealed units for over 10 years.

**Envirotech Windows and Doors is looking for an experienced commercial glazier and window and door installer to lead a team of 3-4 installers.**

As a lead installer you're the driver of your team's installation activities and the spirit that keeps your team moving forward. You ensure your team stays focused on their tasks. You move quickly and safely with the changing environment and thrive on problem solving. You use your knowledge and resources to support your team's projects efficiently and on time. In addition to being organized and analytical, you possess strong communication and judgement skills needed to interact with homeowners, contractors, other trades, and site supervisors. You embrace technology to enhance communication, efficiencies, record keeping and ultimately customer and employee satisfaction.

**Primary Responsibilities**:
Lead and manage an installation team. Adhere to, and follow safety procedures and policies. Plan, manage, and execute projects efficiently and effectively while maintaining careful attention to details and specifications, including architectural and shop drawings. Build efficiency and effective procedures into existing operations, and help define new strategies. Take on new challenges and develop both personally and professionally.

**Minimum qualifications**:

- 5 years construction knowledge.
- Experience in managing teams and projects.
- Valid Driver’s License.
- Ability to operate various types of heavy equipment and machines such as articulating booms, lifts trucks, and truck / trailers.
- Ability to lift 50 - 100 lbs.

**Preferred qualifications**:

- 10-15 years construction knowledge including the installation of commercial glazing.
- Experience working effectively across all levels. (installer, managers, peers)
- Ability to work with and solve problems on the fly.
- Ability to drive results, and work in a collaborative environment.
- Excellent communication and relationship building skills, with the ability to inspire, trust, and influence.
