**ABOUT THE ROLE**:
Reporting to the Shop Foreman, the Lube Tech Supervisor is responsible for the overall productivity and supervision of the Lube Techs. This includes providing technical direction, ensuring quality repairs and recommendations and quality of documentation. The supervisor will assist the service advisors with small repairs as needed in the drive thru.

**RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Establish a leadership platform that’s foundation is:

- Total teamwork
- Continuous coaching / mentoring for optimum performance and
- Open honest two
- way communication
- Ensure punctuality of subordinates
- Participate in developmental assessments
- Ensure techs are following proper repair procedures
- Ensure proper information is documented on repair orders as directed by the Service Manager, such as tire pressures, coolant strength, brake and tire condition, etc.
- Ensure techs are completing forms accurately
- Recommend disciplinary actions when necessary
- Provide controls and checks of lube tech’s work
- Support Lube Techs on identifying recommended repairs
- Monitor safety, proper operation of equipment and cleanliness of work area

**REQUIREMENTS**:

- Clean driver’s abstract
- Current AB driver’s abstract
