Are you passionnate by data analytics? As a People Analytics Data Scientist, you’ll collaborate closely with the Senior Director of Total Rewards and People Analytics, as well as with stakeholders across Business Analytics, HR, Professional Development, Finance, Marketing, and more. Your mission: to craft advanced analytics dashboards and predictive models that leverage people, culture, and business data to uncover the drivers of performance and success, enabling leaders to make strategic, data-informed decisions.

**About you**
- You have a Master's degree in computer science, statistics, mathematics, engineering or equivalent experience or degree;
- You have two (2) to three (3) years of relevant experience in Python, SQL, machine learning, statistical analysis and deep learning;
- You have extensive experience in human resources, organizational development or related areas;
- You have a passion for data mining to improve human resource strategies, foster corporate culture and organizational success;
- Additional expertise in the areas of organizational design and effectiveness, equity, diversity and inclusion data analysis, or market data analysis and research is an asset;
- You are proficient in English and French, both orally and in writing;

- Fournir des rapports réguliers et des analyses de données aux équipes de direction leur permettant d’optimiser les talents et la performance d’équipe.
