Mover/driver

CRC Moving is dedicated to providing an excellent work environment and experience for its customers. We are looking for a strong individual with great customer communication skills. The wage range is designed to reflect the level of moving experience provided by an employee, as well as what they can offer CRC Moving as a company moving forward. Below is a list of the minimum duties required by an employee of CRC Moving and Delivery Inc.

1. Paid Time Begins when employees get to the job site and is completed when the employees get back to the office or parking lot for the trucks.

2. When Employees arrive, lay down runners for clients, and ask them if they have a specific order they wish to move the contents of their home. Additionally, hang blankets on the banisters if they may potentially get nicked or scraped.

3. Shrink wrap the couches (except leather-use a moving pad), wrap delicate pieces and furniture using moving pads. Bring all items to the truck for the loader to arrange. If the clients contents are not delicate/important to them bring the furniture to the truck and drape it there (this will lead to quicker load times and happier customers). Disassembly may be needed in this stage as well.

4. Always load the bed frames at the end of the truck in order to have them set up immediately for client, and to give an idea where everything is going to fit.

5. When everything is moved into the new location, ask the client if they wish to have anymore help. If not, have them sign the contract for the day and head back to HQ.

6. All tips can be split between the workers on the job at their own discretion. If the tip is paid through e-transfer you will receive the full amount adding on your next pay, if it is paid through credit card then the workers will get the amount added to next pay subtract
2.5% for fees.

7. When you return to HQ please record your total billable hours using thirty minute increments.

**Salary**: $20.00-$30.00 per hour
