CLEANFIX NORTH AMERICA INC located at 250 Wright Blvd in Stratford Ontario has a full-time position available for a Quality Technician.

The company is a progressive and rapidly growing manufacturing business focused on the production and assembling reversible engine cooling fans. CLEANFIX Reversible Fans are used in construction, municipal, agricultural, forestry and recycling machines such as tractors, material handlers, excavators, wheel loaders, combines, sprayers, dozers, skid steers, and a variety of other industrial equipment.

CLEANFIX equipped machines are known for their maintenance free, automatic radiator cleaning and significant fuel savings. CLEANFIX variable pitch fan also contribute to optimal cooling and extended vehicle lives.

**RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- communicate, report and stay on top of things regarding quality issues with head office
- Creation of QM inspection plans, QM inspection instructions and QM inspection sequence plans
- perform incoming good inspections
- Planning and monitoring of quality requirements for vendor parts
- Carrying out and evaluating advance quality planning
- Recognition and presentation of deviations in parts procurement
- Quality target planning and reporting
- Execution of PPM target agreements
- Performing process analysis, improvement and controlling.
- Evaluation of quality and process indicators and initiation of measures
- Performing process acceptances and/or as well as participating in customer audits
- Performing Internal QM Audits
- Evaluation of quality assurance agreements
- Coordination of measurement and gauge planning,
- Planning and ensuring initial sampling (PPAP) for customers
- Ensuring quality-compliant series production from design to initial sample release
- Participation in corrective and continuous improvement measures
- Verification of the effectiveness of corrective measures
- Conducting interdisciplinary error analysis rounds and coordinating corrective measures
- Initiation of measures for defect prevention with the aim of continuous quality improvement
- Processing of internal and external complaints by means of 8-D report
- Collaborate with the quality team

**QUALIFICATIONS**:

- Successfully completed technician / engineering studies in the field of mechanical engineering, automotive engineering, industrial engineering and or a comparable field of study.
- Several years of experience in the quality area
- Relevant QA/QM further education is desirable
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office
- strong communicator and good knowledge of English, both written and spoken (intercultural)
- High communication skills, structured and reliable way of working

**Salary**: $24.00-$28.00 per hour
