**What does an average day look like?**:

- Ensure the building’s mechanical systems are working properly
- Carry out planned preventative maintenance tasks
- Ensure new residents’ living units are ready and welcoming
- Complete general building maintenance tasks and some repairs in the units. The residents will really appreciate your help

**A typical day as a Selection Group maintenance team member is fairly straightforward. You**:
