**Job Overview**
**Responsibilities**
- Prep, primer and paint all projects.
- Plan and Order Materials for projects.
- Fair Boat hulls as needed.
- Assess vehicle damage and determine the necessary repairs.
- Utilize hand tools and power tools to perform repairs on body panels, frames, and other components.
- Conduct heavy lifting as required to remove and replace parts.
- Manage team members to ensure timely completion of repairs.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety protocols.
- Adhere to product data sheets and processes.
- Document all repair processes and maintain accurate records of work performed.
- Stay updated on the latest automotive repair techniques and technologies.
**Experience**
- Previous experience as an Auto Body Technician or in a similar painting role is required.
- Proficiency with hand tools and power tools used in automotive repair.
- Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to troubleshoot various automotive issues.
- Experience working in a dealership setting is a plus.
- Ability to perform heavy lifting and work in a physically demanding environment.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $30.00-$45.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
