CTO at Emerging Quant Fund

We are an emerging quantitative fund.

We know a lot about the capital markets.

We our programming skills are dismal.

We are looking for someone who can compliment our skill set, always wants to learn more about the capital markets from vanilla equities to 0DTE flows and derivatives. The person we choose will help us build the firm and we will share the spoils accordingly.

You should have basic understanding about trading and the markets, maybe even some failures turned in to lessons that you'd like to share with us.

You do need to know how to code in Python and EasyLanguage or NinjaScript.

You don't need a formal higher education - just show us that you are good what you do and that you want to learn what we do.

If things go well, there is an aggressive profit sharing and stock based comp plan.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Apprenticeship
Part-time hours: 20 per week

**Salary**: $39,380.21-$150,000.00 per year
