- Trains And Supports On-Site Office Managers Through Subject Matter Expertise And Creation Of Learning Content, Advises On Residence Administrative Operations Largely Completed On-Site By The Office Manager, Such As, Yardi CRM (Finance), Ultipro Payroll And Recruiting, Concur Expense Management, P2P Purchasing And PCC Census Management, Ensuring Consistent And Timely Completion Of Key Office Management Processes-
- Completes Monthly Quality Spot Check Audits To Complement And Support The VP Regional Operations (VPRO) Quality Review Worksheet (QRW), Including But Not Exclusive To Business, Employee And Resident Files And Internal Financial Policies.-
- Collaborate With VPRO, Office Managers, Support Office Subject Matter Experts To Develop, Analyze, Support Implementation, And Continually Improve Office Management Processes-
- Develops Administrative Team Members By Providing Training, Educational Opportunities, And Coaching.-
- Resolves Administrative Issues And Challenges By: Analyzing Information, Identifying And Communicating Solutions, And Supporting Residences As Subject Matter Expert. Actively Participates In Stakeholder And Projects Related To The Site Efficiencies.-
- Maintains Rapport With Residence Leaders Through Regular Contact. Resolves Issues And Supports Site Leadership, VPRO’s And Residents/Families With Any Escalated Challenging Situations. Maintains Continuity Of Work Operations By Fulfilling On-Site Office Manager Duties As Required, Both Locally And/Or Remotely.-
- Participates In Regional Meetings To Bring Awareness To Corporate And Regulatory Compliance On A Regional LevelWho You Are:
- Graduate Of A Post-Secondary Diploma Or Degree Focused On Business Administration-
- Proficient In Word, Excel, PowerPoint And Outlook;-
- Ability To Travel, At Times Extensively; Dependent Upon Location, Job May Be Remote Or Hybrid-
- Proven Office Management, Or Business Operations Administration Experience-
- Valid License And Access To A Reliable Vehicle-
Experience Working In Long Term Care OR Retirement Is A Bonus
