**About the Role**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and manage engaging content for our social media platforms.
- Utilize content management systems and demonstrate proficiency in graphic design and video production.
- Analyze marketing performance using tools like Google Analytics to optimize campaigns.
- Create and curate diverse content for platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, and LinkedIn.
- Work with WordPress, HTML, Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, and scheduling tools like Hootsuite.

**Qualifications**:

- 2-3 years of experience in a similar marketing role.
- Proven ability to manage professional social media accounts and create engaging content.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to use marketing tools effectively.
- Technical proficiency in various digital marketing platforms and design software.
- **Bravery**: The courage to propose innovative approaches and help us lead in marketing and communications.
- **Passion**: A deep enthusiasm for digital marketing that inspires others to engage with our school and community.
