**Location: Whitehorse, Yukon**

As a busser and dishwasher, you will play a crucial role in maintaining cleanliness and efficiency in the dining area and kitchen. Your primary responsibilities will include cleaning tables, cleaning dishes, utensil, and kitchen appliances while, and supporting the kitchen and counter staff as needed.

**What does this role involve?**
- Cleaning and sanitizing tables
- Restocking supplies in dining area
- Sorting, rinsing and loading dirty dishes and utensils in a mechanical dishwasher
- Maintain dishwasher area cleanliness and organization
- Assisting kitchen staff in food preparation tasks
- Collaborate with counter staff, cooks and other staff members to ensure smooth operation and efficiency

**What are the requirements for this role?**
- Minimum Grade 12 diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience as a busser, dishwasher, or in a similar role is an advantage
- Attention to detail and commitment to maintain high cleanliness standards
- Valid Class 5 Driver’s license
- Able to obtain and retain a Transport Canada Restricted Area Identity Card (RAIC)
- Food Safe Level 1 certification an asset
- Must be able to obtain and retain a Restricted Area Identification Card (RAIC)
- Must successfully pass both Airside Vehicle Operator’s Permit (AVOP) and Radio Operator’s Certificate (ROC-A) written exams within 60 days of employment. Completion of AVOP certification required within 90 days of employment.
- Must be physically fit (able to bend, kneel, crawl, stoop, climb, and lift up to 70lb repetitively)
- Must be a Canadian citizen, Permanent Resident or show proof of right to work in Canada
