**The Role**

We are currently looking for an enthusiastic **Host/Server **to join our team. As a member of our team, you'll work in a supportive and positive environment with experienced professionals dedicated to providing exceptional customer experience.

**Your Impact**

The Customer Service Representative provides exceptional customer service in the retail store by processing sales
Your responsibilities:

- Demonstrates thorough knowledge of all food and beverage items available.
- Receive and accurately process customer orders, including alcoholic beverages.
- Operate the point-of-sale machine to facilitate customer purchases.
- Provide prompt and courteous service.
- Respond to customer inquiries, helping as needed.
- Replenish stock on shelves and in display cases, ensuring an organized presentation.
- Prepare various products.
- Maintain a clean and sanitary environment.
- Comply with all safety legislation, adhering to established safe work procedures and practices.
- Serve alcoholic beverages in a responsible manner, complying with relevant alcohol service laws and regulations.

**About You**
- Possess a year of valuable experience in a customer service role.
- Hold a valid Smart Serve License for responsible alcohol service.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, enhancing customer service and team collaboration.
- Commit to a people-focused approach, striving to provide exceptional customer service consistently.
- Maintain positive working relationships with colleagues and management.
- Exhibit a strong ability to multitask and perform efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced setting.
