Floating Floor Installation Specialists

We are seeking experienced Floating Floor Installation Specialists to join our team. As a Floating Floor Installation Specialist, your primary responsibility will be to install floating floor systems efficiently and professionally for both residential and commercial projects. You will work closely with clients, ensuring their flooring needs are met while adhering to industry standards and best practices.

**Responsibilities**:

- Perform on-site assessments to determine the scope of the installation project.
- Install various types of floating floor systems, such as laminate, engineered hardwood, luxury vinyl, and cork.
- Measure and cut flooring materials accurately to fit the installation area properly.
- Utilize appropriate tools and equipment to secure floating floors in place without causing damage to the existing structures.
- Address any issues that may arise during the installation process, such as uneven subfloors or fitting difficulties.
- Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work area at all times.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a Floating Floor Installation Specialist or a similar role in the flooring industry.
- Proficient in using relevant tools and equipment for floor installation.
- Ability to accurately measure, cut, and fit flooring materials.
- Excellent attention to detail and quality craftsmanship.
- Physical ability to lift heavy materials and work on your feet for extended periods.
- Adherence to safety guidelines and regulations.

Flexible Language Requirement:

- French not required

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Abbotsford, BC: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- flooring installation: 1 year (preferred)
