**Sommaire du poste**:
Sous la direction générale du directeur des Services de justice pour la jeunesse et la supervision immédiate du coordonnateur du Centre William E. Hay (WEH) le travailleur auprès des jeunes est responsable d’offrir des services directs aux clients de l’organisme, conformément aux politiques et aux directives établies par le Bureau des services à la jeunesse (BSJ).

**Tâches principales**:

- Garantir une couverture de l’unité au moyen de quarts de travail, en garantissant la sécurité
- du personnel, des clients et des installations physiques.
- Offrir des services cliniques directs, y compris des services d’intervention en cas de crise et une planification de cas continue en incluant le client, la famille et les personnes connexes pertinentes.
- Maintenir les dossiers de clients à jour et remplir les formulaires d’admission, les plans de soins (y compris les buts/actions), les entrées quotidiennes et les rapports sommaires requis.
- Se conformer à toutes les exigences de la loi, et aux politiques et procédures de l’organisme.
- Protéger la confidentialité, les droits et les responsabilités du client.
- Élaborer et offrir à des groupes de clients des modules d’aptitudes à la vie quotidienne.
- Intervenir au nom des clients et faciliter l’accès aux ressources et services communautaires.
- Représenter l’organisme d’une façon professionnelle. Maintenir des relations de travail positives avec la communauté, les autres fournisseurs de services et les personnes connexes.
- Assister et participer à la supervision.
- Participer à la supervision continue du personnel à temps partiel/des étudiants.
- S’adonner à des pratiques de travail sécuritaires établies par le BSJ et le programme.

- Diplôme en sciences sociales.
- Deux années d’expérience clinique connexe.
- Expérience avec les jeunes en situation de conflit avec la loi.
- Expérience manifeste de la gestion de cas.
- Aptitudes manifestes à la communication orale et écrite.
- Capacité de travailler de façon autonome et comme membre efficace d’une équipe.
- Doit être en mesure de travailler selon des quarts de rotation.
- Doit être en mesure de retenir physiquement les clients, lorsque nécessaire.
- La maîtrise de l’anglais est essentielle et la maîtrise du français sera considérée comme un atout
