**Working Days**:Monday to Friday

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage and oversee the daily operations of the warehouse, including inventory management, order fulfillment, shipping, and receiving.
- Develop and implement warehouse policies and procedures to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
- Supervise, train, and evaluate warehouse staff to ensure a productive and collaborative team environment.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and conduct regular audits to ensure inventory accuracy.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, promoting a safe working environment.
- Coordinate with other departments to optimize warehouse operations and support company objectives.
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify areas for improvement.
- Manage warehouse layout and design to maximize space utilization and workflow efficiency.

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum of 5+ years of experience in warehouse management or a similar role, preferably in the ecommerce industry.
- In-depth knowledge of Amazon’s warehouse operations and fulfillment processes.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in warehouse management software (WMS), Microsoft Office Suite or Google apps.
- Knowledge of inventory control procedures and best practices.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $60,000.00-$70,000.00 per year

**Benefits**:

- Paid time off

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed

Supplemental pay types:

- Commission pay

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Mississauga, ON: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- Warehouse management: 5 years (required)
- Amazon or any Ecommerce industry: 3 years (required)
