**Responsibilities for the Separator Operator (Processor) Position**:

- Promote and actively pursue Safety First mentality and provide feedback on process and safety improvements.
- Operate and monitor plant systems and equipment, including, but not limited to:

- **Separator**: Collect ash samples, test for quality, make operational changes to maximize production. Inspect and monitor for mechanical issues.
- **High Carbon Return**: Collect samples test for quality. Make operational changes to maximize Carbon Return. Inspect and monitor for mechanical issues.
- **ProAsh Load Out**: Ensure driver compliance with site safety requirements. Load trucks and complete load documentation. Collect and test samples for load quality. Inspect and monitor for mechanical issues.
- Identify and troubleshoot problem areas/breakdowns of Separator. Perform preventive maintenance tasks as outlined by preventive maintenance program and Operations Manager. The most common maintenance tasks include changing oil, changing belts, lubricating bearings, housekeeping etc.
- Repair machinery and processing equipment in coordination with maintenance management.
- Maintain courteous, professional and positive attitude while working with customers, employees and utility operations in a team environment.
- Ensure attention to detail, accurate data entry and customer service.
- Maintain ongoing communication with the Operations Manager and the rest of the operating crew by relaying instructions to follow-on shifts.

**Skills & Qualifications**:

- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Minimum of two years of experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment accustomed to working around heavy equipment and being exposed to a hazardous work environment.
- Intermediate computer experience is required (Outlook, Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel).
- Ability to troubleshoot equipment with strong mechanical ability; basic understanding of how to operate basic hand tools.
- Ability to understand and execute written and oral instructions and relay instructions to follow-on shifts.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven attention to detail.
- Ability to work shift schedule; inclusive of weekends and holidays as required.
- Physical job requirements include working outdoors with exposure to heat and cold, constant standing and walking, climbing, working from heights as well as lifting up to 50-100 pounds periodically.

Wage: $23.00 per hour with night differential $1.00.

- Some weekends and holidays.
