Job Overview:
**Responsibilities**:

- Operate and maintain excavators, loaders, graders, and backhoes efficiently and safely.
- Perform excavation tasks such as digging, trenching, and grading.
- Utilize Caterpillar equipment to complete assigned projects.
- Follow project plans and instructions from supervisors.
- Conduct routine equipment inspections and maintenance.
- Adhere to safety protocols and regulations at all times.
- Perform routine maintenance and inspections of equipment

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in heavy equipment operation.
- Proficiency in excavating techniques and equipment operation.
- Commercial driving license is required.
- Familiarity with machinery is a plus.
- Ability to operate bulldozers, loaders, graders, and backhoes effectively.
