**Title**: Pre-roll Operations Technician

**Overview**

The Pre-roll Operations Technician will support the pre-roll production team by performing a variety of hands-on tasks to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of the production facility. This role includes responsibilities such as inventory handling, order preparation and packing, maintaining cleanliness and organization of the equipment and workspace, and assisting with production processes. Reporting to the Operations Manager, the Pre-roll Operations Technician will play a key role in contributing to the company’s daily operational success.

**General Duties**
- Report directly to the Operations Manager and work collaboratively with other team members to align day-to-day tasks with the Company's operational goals and objectives.
- Be available to work onsite at the Company’s facility or other designated locations as required, ensuring hands-on support for production and operational activities.
- Collaborate with the Operations Manager and other team members to complete tasks efficiently and maintain a productive work environment.
- Perform additional tasks as assigned by the Operations Manager to support the overall efficiency and functionality of the production team.

**Responsibilities**

**Production Support**
- Assist with product onboarding, processing, and packaging of pre-rolls, ensuring all tasks are completed efficiently and accurately.
- Operate production equipment safely and efficiently, following standard operating procedures and Company guidelines.
- Help prepare and pack orders for shipment, ensuring that orders are fulfilled correctly and comply with quality standards.
- Maintain accurate inventory records by organizing and tracking materials, finished products, and supplies.
- Perform daily cleaning tasks, including sweeping, sanitizing workstations, and maintaining the overall cleanliness of the production areas and equipment.
- Wash and sanitize dishes, tools, and equipment used in production to ensure compliance with hygiene and safety standards.
- Carry out minor maintenance tasks as directed by the Operations Manager, ensuring that equipment and facilities remain in optimal working condition.
- Complete other miscellaneous duties as assigned by the Operations Manager to support production, maintain a tidy workspace, and address ad hoc needs in the facility.

**Compliance and Safety**
- Ensure all tasks are carried out in compliance with Health Canada regulations and the Company’s operational policies.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment, adhering to sanitation and safety standards at all times.
- Assist with the proper documentation of production activities to ensure records are up-to-date and audit-ready.

**Facility Maintenance**
- Perform daily cleaning and maintenance tasks for production areas, including equipment, workspaces, and storage areas, to maintain operational readiness.
- Report any equipment malfunctions or maintenance needs to the Operations Manager promptly to minimize downtime.
- Support regular inspections and audits by ensuring the facility and operations meet regulatory and safety standards.

**Team Support**
- Assist team members with production processes as needed, fostering a collaborative and efficient work environment.
- Participate in team meetings and training sessions to stay informed about updates to processes, regulations, and Company policies.

**Key Expectations**

- **Safety Focus**: Prioritize safety and compliance in all aspects of work, adhering to Company and regulatory requirements.

Pay: From $23.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 - 40 per week
