**Job Description**:

- Maintain training materials and relevant training environments
- Work with ISD to establish and manage refresh of training data sets
- Modify and improve training materials based on process and system enhancements
- Identify ongoing training needs and resources requiring training and manage scheduling, co-ordination and execution of training to end users
- Work closely with Change Management team to maintain and drive use of the change management framework including change impact assessments and communication framework for Minor Enhancements/Process Improvements
- Develop, manage and deliver communication plan associated with Minor Enhancements/Process Improvements
- Develop and maintain training evaluation forms/process, and database of training feedback
- Update learning management system based on training delivered
- Develop, improve and maintain training material repository
- Develop and manage training change control process
- Develop and maintain online catalogue of training material
- Perform other duties as required.

Education
- Requires a thorough knowledge of change management and training design to manage and maintain training materials and environments, and schedule the execution of training to end users.
- Requires a thorough knowledge of Microsoft office tools and reporting tools to be able to develop training materials, online catalogue of training material and communication plans.
- Requires a good knowledge of English to communicate effectively with others, provide effective presentations and prepare training materials, feedback forms, communication plans and other related materials.
- Requires thorough understanding of adult learning methods and ability to translate technical content into effective training material. This knowledge is considered to be normally acquired through the completion of 4 year of University training.

Experience
- Requires experience with leadership skills to effectively lead, manage and facilitate teams delivering training and improving training materials.
- Requires experience in developing trainingmaterials and environments, adult learning approaches, and exercise/simulation development.
- Requires experience in the company to be familiar with the overall operation, functions of major organizational groups, policy and planning practices, relationship to the external environment.
- Requires detailed understanding of SAP solution components and associated business processes.
- Requires experience and understanding of the SAP environment configuration, understanding of the PragmaCAD and GIS environment and tablet configuration. 6-8 years is considered necessary to gain this experience.
