Yard Person

Job Requirements and responsibilities include and not limited to:

- Perform pre delivery inspections & servicing on new units according to company required procedures
- Inspect new unit deliveries from transporter for damages and/or missing parts and complete the delivery receipt as required by the manufacturer
- Wash units
- Maintain a regular and reliable level of attendance and punctuality
- Getting freight from warehouse
- Perform miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned
- Experience handling similar responsibilities preferred.
- Must hold a valid fork lift license
- Perform general yard maintenance and maintain organized yard system

Qualifications:

- The ability to work as part of a team to deliver excellent customer service
- Demonstrates an honest and diligent approach to work.
- Flexible approach to time-keeping when completing jobs in order to achieve highest customer satisfaction.
- Valid Driver’s License required

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed
