**Position Overview**: We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Warehouse and Customer Service Associate. In this multifaceted role, you will play a pivotal role in providing exceptional customer service while supporting various operational tasks, including order processing, picking and packing, inventory management, and warehouse operations.

**Responsibilities**:

- Process customer orders accurately and efficiently, and communicate with customers regarding any issues or discrepancies.
- Pick, pack, and ship orders, maintaining high standards of accuracy and quality to ensure timely fulfillment for daily courier pickup.
- Manage inventory levels, including counting and receiving inventory against invoices.
- Update inventory records on websites and inventory systems, ensuring accuracy and transparency.
- Conduct regular inventory audits to compile a list of out-of-stock and low-stock products for purchasing.
- Assist with general warehouse maintenance tasks, including cleaning and organizing.
- Order necessary shipping supplies.
- Effectively handle challenging situations.
- Carrying boxes weighing up to 60 pounds.
- Undertake additional tasks as needed.

**Job Requirements**:

- Previous experience in customer service and/or warehouse roles.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy, with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proven ability to Problem-solve and the capacity to think critically under pressure.
- Ability to follow Standard Operating Procedures and to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexibility and adaptability to changing priorities and procedures.
- Post Secondary Education or equivalent required; additional education or certifications a plus.
