- Build and maintain rapport with examinees
- Analyze test data using statistical methods
- Enter data accurately
- Communicate with psychologist
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in psychometrics

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's or Master's in Psychology, Psychometrics, or a related field
- Strong knowledge of psychometric theories and principles
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Effective communication and collaboration skills
