**Job Overview**:
We’re seeking an experienced journeyperson/carpenter with 3-5 years of experience. This position offers an exciting opportunity for a driven, solutions-oriented individual to advance into a project management or site supervisor role and the potential for profit sharing as the company grows.

Key Responsibilities:

- General carpentry tasks including framing decks, interior framing, and installing doors and windows.
- Bathroom renovations, siding installation, and comprehensive house enveloping tasks.
- Maintain high standards of craftsmanship and safety on all projects.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure project timelines and quality standards are met.
- Provide input on project planning and execution to enhance efficiency and outcomes.

Qualifications:

- 3-5 years of carpentry experience, with a strong portfolio of completed projects.
- Strong understanding of construction techniques, materials, and safety regulations.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
- Ambition to take on additional responsibilities and grow within the company.
- Red Seal certification not required but would be an asset.
- Work vehicle not required but would be an asset.
- License and clean driving record.
