Eisa Enzo Worker

**Position Summary**:
Reporting to the EISA’s Director of Programs and working with the ENZO Coordinator, the Zonal Outreach Worker conducts outreach activities in the designated zones of EISA and facilitates referrals to Anglophone/Francophone settlement services agencies for NAARS.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

- Implement ENZO outreach strategies and guiding principles when carrying out outreach activities.
- Learn about eligible clients’ immediate needs and link eligible clients to settlement service agencies using a warm referral criterion.
- Identify, develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders.
- Facilitate ENZO information sessions.
- Assist with the planning and organization of ENZO events.
- Promote the settlement sector as a whole to the community at large.
- Participate in community events that are directly involved with immigration and settlement.
- Respond to potential clients and stakeholders on ENZO’s communication platforms.
- Follow up on the linkage to encourage the client to access settlement services.
- Enter data into the ENZO client database.
- Submit output reports as required.
- Attend ENZO worker related team and supervisor meetings.

**Key Qualifications**: Excellent interpersonal, communication, and computer skills, high degree of cultural sensitivity and critical analysis and problem-solving skills. Has the ability to project manage and conduct outreach. Has a good knowledge of the available settlement services and community resources/services. Proficiency in other languages in an asset.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Fixed term contract

Pay: $26.00-$28.00 per hour

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed
