Coast2Coast First Aid & Aquatics is on the hunt for motivated and dynamic **Swim Instructors** to join our outstanding team in the Greater Toronto Area. Our Mobile Swimming Program offers fully insured swimming lessons conducted at our clients' preferred pool locations, including condo pools, providing convenience and personalized instruction right at their doorstep.
**Responsibilities**:
- Conduct swimming classes tailored to the needs of students of various ages and skill levels.
- Ensure the safety and well-being of all students throughout the lessons.
- Foster a positive and supportive learning environment to encourage confidence and progress.
- Deliver engaging and effective swim instruction sessions.
**Requirements**:
- Hold valid National Lifeguard Service Award (NLS) certification.
- Possess a valid NLS or Red Cross Water Safety Instructors Certification.
- Demonstrate a minimum of 2 years of experience in swim instruction.
- Reliable with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Access to dependable transportation, as our swim program is mobile.
- Energetic and outgoing personality with a passion for teaching.
