**Adler Insulation Supervisor**

**Safety**:
*Ensure the Adler Safety Management System is observed and enforced.

**Production**:

- Constantly monitor crew production rates and ensure that staff is performing to the set standards, resulting in optimal field efficiency.

**Quality**:

- Ensure all work performed on assigned site conforms to the contract documents, and Adler quality standards.

**Management**:

- Engaged in the communications at site level, documenting all relevant site related issues.
- Be the main point of contact between Adler management and crew/installers, directing the crews and ensuring accountability for their assigned duties.
- Implement and monitor site schedules.
- Review and transmit all necessary information and documentation required to complete each project.

The Insulation Supervisor works with the Project Coordinator, Operations, Estimating, Administration and the crews.

**Roles and Responsibilities**

The responsibilities for this position include but are not limited to the following:

- Review and Sign off on all daily / weekly Safety documents, including performing weekly Safety meetings.

*Keep up on on-site communication and meetings with other Trade’s and the Client.
- Assess and Allocate appropriate resources to comply with execution plan.
- Monitor site conditions for compliance with estimated scope of work.
- Provide feedback to management team and installers.
- Mentor employees on compliant installations, equipment operation, customer contact and efficient installation methods as they arise.
- Monitor and document field production rates, field quality of installed work.
- Ensure all extra (time and material) work is identified and tracked within Project Controls systems, approved in writing and invoiced. Do not complete any out of scope or sequence work without approval in writing from client.
- Track and Monitor company assets.
- Identify non-conformities and communicate them with Project Coordinator.
- Confirm with Project Coordinator scope / deficiencies are completed as required.
- Attend necessary QC walk throughs / Site meetings.
- Be the main contact point between crew and Adler management:

- Give direction to field crews.
- Organize and plan work fronts as planned with Adler project Coordinator in timely manner.
- Requisition Labour, Material, and Equipment.
- Organize deliveries.
- Perform Adler’s scope of work as defined in the project contract documents.
- Other Duties as required.

**Salary**: $37.83 per hour

Schedule:

- 10 hour shift
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- On call
- Weekends as needed

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Alberta: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (preferred)

**Education**:

- Secondary School (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Supervising: 5 years (preferred)

Willingness to travel:

- 25% (preferred)
