Billing Clerk

**Responsibilities**:

- Data entry into databases, spreadsheets, or other templates
- Verifying accuracy and completeness of data
- Create invoices, receive and process claims
- Creating & maintaining spreadsheets
- Manifesting and processing purchase orders
- Problem solving and providing proof of delivery
- Answering phone calls & inquiries from customers
- Provide ongoing customer service
- General office and administrative duties, such as but not limited to: scanning & filing

**Qualifications**:

- Some office experience
- Experience using Microsoft Office
- Certificate in Office Administration, an asset
- Knowledge of freight /transport/ wholesale /warehouse industry, an asset.
