Mission, Canada Corona's Mexican Restaurant Ltd. Full time

We are seeking skilled and dedicated individuals to join our team as cooks. If you have experience in the food industry and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, we would love to hear from you.

**Duties**:

- Prepare and cook food items according to recipes and quality standards
- Assist with food preparation, including chopping vegetables, marinating meats, and preparing sauces
- Ensure that all food is prepared and served in a safe and hygienic manner
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen area
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure efficient workflow and timely service
- Follow all food safety regulations and guidelines
- Assist with inventory management, including receiving and storing supplies
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing customer inquiries and concerns

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in a restaurant or food service setting is preferred
- Knowledge of food handling, preparation, and safety procedures
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Strong communication skills and ability to work well within a team
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
- Physical stamina to stand for long periods of time and lift heavy objects if required

Please note that this is a Mexican restaurant. Knowledge of Mexican food is a plus for us for not a determining factor in hiring.
