**Job Description**:
As a Sommelier at Myra's Bar and Grill, you will play a vital role in elevating our guests' dining experience by providing expert guidance on wine selection, pairings, and service. You will be responsible for curating and maintaining our wine list, ensuring it aligns with our culinary offerings and continuously exploring new and exciting options for our patrons.

Key Responsibilities:
Wine Selection and Curation:
Research and select wines to include in the restaurant's wine list.

Manage inventory, including storage and rotation of wines.

Stay informed about current wine trends and industry developments.

Wine Pairing and Service:
Assist guests in selecting wines that complement their food choices.

Ensure proper wine service, including decanting and serving at the correct temperature.

Offer recommendations for wine and food pairings.

Staff Training:
Educate restaurant staff on wine offerings and proper service techniques.

Conduct regular wine training sessions for servers and kitchen staff.

Customer Engagement:
Build rapport with guests and provide exceptional customer service.

Answer questions and offer guidance to enhance the dining experience.

Wine Events and Promotions:
Plan and organize wine events, tastings, and promotions to attract and engage customers.

Collaborate with the marketing team to create wine-focused marketing materials.

**Requirements**:
Proven experience as a Sommelier in a fine dining or upscale restaurant.

Excellent knowledge of wines, wine regions, and vintages.

Certification from a recognized sommelier program is preferred.

Strong communication and customer service skills.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle high-pressure situations with grace.

Strong organizational skills for wine inventory management.

**Salary**: $18.00-$25.00 per hour
