**The Role**

The Program and Marketing Analyst reporting to the Brand Manager will work closely with various internal stakeholders and the Program Coordinator to ensure all photography programs are performing well in market. In this position, the incumbent will conduct regular analysis to ensure targets are met and work proactively to develop strategies to enhance program performance.

To be successful as the Program and Marketing Analyst, you will need to be able to work on tight deadlines, have an analytical approach with a strong attention to detail, understand how to utilize data to arrive at an informed recommendation and think outside the box. A bachelor's degree in a related field of study and/or knowledge of Edge systems and processes are required for consideration.

**What you will focus on**:

- Responsible for analyzing all annual photography program related initiatives in market and retrospectively to derive key learning and actionable program improvements.
- Analyze the performance of programs and products to ensure targets are hit.
- Flag issues with Brand Manager to create proactive solutions should a program or product not be performing as expected.
- Monitor performance throughout the program/product lifecycle, including long-term and short-term development.
- Perform all competitor research and comparisons in conjunction with the program coordinator.
- Using program analysis and market research to make annual program recommendations which improve quality and profitability.
- Working closely with Marketing Communications team to ensure campaigns are successful and capture metrics and insights.
- Working with the Marketing Communications team on campaign ideation and performance.
- Other duties as required.

**What we are looking for**
- Bachelor's degree in business or related field of study
- 3+ years of experience in a related field
- Exceptional analytical skills
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
- Strong attention to detail and healthy curiosity
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, nimble environment and handle multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong organizational ability and follow-through
- Some understanding of SQL or a keen interest to learn
- Jira or Atlassian product knowledge a plus
