We require a technically strong individual to join our small team in Vendor Management. The individual chosen will work closely with the vendor management group to develop reporting and dashboards related to vendor performance and contract changes.

This is an exciting opportunity to use your technical education and learn about contract management and vendor performance measures on a national level while working with a fun and experienced team.

**Responsibilities**:
Develop a Database to help manage approximately 1000 records of data and schedules of soft services found in Facility Management
Need to create confidence & assurances in the integrity of the data
Develop PowerBI reports
Develop process map skills and learn to identify gaps and make adjustments in process maps
Support Facility Managers and potential stakeholders
Develop advanced functions of Excel, such as Vlookup and pivot tables

**Qualifications**:
Currently enrolled in post-secondary education, preferably in Technology, Data Management, but will consider Engineering, Commerce, Economics, Business Administration, etc.
Would need to have demonstrated proficiency and Advanced knowledge and skills of Excel, PowerBI/Tableau and elementary knowledge of SQL, Access, and VBA.
Proficient in MS Windows; MS Office including MS Word, Outlook, PowerPoint and Teams
Be Innovative at process improvements and automation using Microsoft Excel techniques.
Be extremely analytical, a firm believer in problem-solving, and ready to adopt new technologies.
Be Effective at combining creative thinking and logical ideas to develop solutions to challenges.
Excellent attention to detail
Curious thinker and not afraid to ask questions.
Be able to work well independently
