**Everform Molded Products**, a division of VPC Group Inc., is looking for 1 **permanent full-time** CNC Machinist with the below mentioned skills to support its manufacturing operation in **North York** for **Day shift.**

**Schedule: Monday to Friday 7:30 am-3pm (Day shift)**
- Mechanically skilled (troubleshoot issues with saw, change blades, adjustments as needed with or without assistance from maintenance)
- Determine operating conditions for different foam grades.
- Blade sharpening
- Cutting speed
- Block width limitations
- Block placement
- Proficient with AutoCAD
- Determine best nesting procedures to minimize scrap given limitations for foam.
- Program cutting for efficient cutting times while keeping contoured profiles accurate.
- Determine buffers and tweaks for tolerances based on outputs from cut contours and translate to existing or new products/drawings.

**Salary**: From $19.00 per hour
