We are looking for a Roofing Sales Specialist to join our team.
- Principal Roofing and Exterior Contractors_ is a residential roofing company serving the York Region. Our award winning, woman owned business is built on providing quality roofs to home owners. We go above and beyond, before, during & after the sales process and we are looking for highly motivated individuals to help us build our company.

**Responsibilities**
- You will be required to meet customers during the day, and sometimes during evenings and weekends.
- Take pictures and/or videos of the customers roof, with the use of a drone
- Upload pictures and notes into the customers file
- Creating estimates and preparing zoom presentations to close the sale

**Qualifications**
- You must be highly motivated and experienced.
- Have a proven sales track record in residential roofing.
- Motivated to learning new sales tactics.
- Able to work independently and have proper time management skills as you will be creating your own schedule.
- Self motivated and confident with strong verbal and written skills.
- You possess a valid driver's license and own your own vehicle.
- Experience in using a CRM
- Proficient in the use of computers

**Must Have**:

- A clean driving record
- Own a smart phone that has data and a camera - apps will need to be downloaded
- Ability to work from home in a quiet environment
- Roofing experience is an asset, roofing sales is a requirement

**Benefits**:

- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed

Supplemental pay types:

- Commission pay
- Signing bonus

Licence/Certification:

- G Driving Licence (required)
- Working at Heights Certificate (preferred)

Willingness to travel:

- 75% (preferred)

Work Location: In person

Expected start date: 2024-03-01
