**What you’ll be doing.**
- The Sales Associate position is all about the customer. They say the key to a great relationship is great communication, well we’re looking to build a whole bunch of long-term marriages
- Assist the customer in selecting their vehicle by asking questions and listening carefully to their responses.
- Match their passion. Live your product, so you can wow them with knowledgeable presentations, demonstrations and upsell those awesome accessories. Then train every day to sharpen those sales skills and bat away even the toughest of buying objections.
- Take ownership of every lead, protect it like a Mama Bear, and don’t forget to have fun.
- You set the tone for what your customer experiences once they leave the door. So jack up the music, rev those engines and enjoy the start of one bad ass career.

**What you'll be doing**:

- Provide sales support to customers by inquiring, listening and recommending merchandise based on the customers needs.
- Maintain an expert level of knowledge on our product offerings by seeking out training and sharing new trends and product knowledge with customers.
- Improve the operational efficiency by offering thoughts and ideas on how to provide a better experience to the customer (in and out of the showroom).
- Help with operational and marketing related activities relating to the or website as defined by management.
- Successfully maintain store cleanliness, seasonal and fill-in merchandising, and displays.

**What we are looking for**:

- Education or experience in merchandising or retail sales
- Experience with Point-of-Sale, Dealer management & computerized inventory systems, considered an asset.
- A commitment to our Core Values, learning and development
- A real people person and loves working in a dynamic and engaging team setting
- Experience with face-to-face retail
- An approachable and engaging personality
