As our Front of House Manager, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless operation of our bakery, with responsibilities including:

- Upholding the highest standards of customer service, cultivating positive experiences for every patron.
- Collaborating closely with our dedicated team to maintain operational efficiency and uphold our commitment to excellence.
- Addressing customer concerns and feedback with tact and diplomacy, striving for swift and satisfactory resolutions.
- Overseeing inventory management and liaising effectively with our Back of House team to optimize stock levels and supply chain operations.
- Managing all aspects of our catering events, from client communication to logístical coordination, to ensure successful outcomes.
- Developing and executing strategic initiatives to expand our catering business and capitalize on growth opportunities.
- Monitoring and managing Front of House stock inventory, ensuring adequate levels of essential supplies are maintained at all times.

**Salary**: $21.00-$24.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
