Martial Arts Instructor

**Availability Monday-Saturday, mostly evenings with flexibility.**

**Responsibilities**:

- Learn OMAC's school curriculum, including forms and self-defence, as well as WTF Kukkiwon regulated poomsae.
- Adhere to the class structure by operating fun and applicable warm-up segments and/or kicking technique segments.
- Address a large group of students with ease.
- Provide positive reinforcement to all students.
- Motivate students to improve at each rank.
- Provide adequate feedback to each student so as to ensure their improvement.
- Enforce school policies and boundaries where applicable.
- Works to create a strong team with Instructors and Masters.

**Qualifications**:

- 3 years experience in the martial arts, Taekwondo Experience is considered an asset.
- 2 years experience in a customer service setting.
- A certified black belt in your martial art is considered an asset.
- Experience working with children.
