The College of New Caledonia is looking for an instructor to teach English courses in the 2023 Intersession.

**Knowledge and Skills**:

- Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
- A sensitive approach to a variety of adult student needs and cultural diversities
- Teaching

Hiring criteria shall include professional qualifications, professional experience, teaching experience, college contributions, community awareness and personal attributes so far as they are applicable to the job classification in question. experience at the post-secondary level and an interdisciplinary teaching range are preferred.

**Duties and Responsibilities**:
You will be part of a team actively engaged in contributing to and accomplishing the vision, mission, and goals of the College and in supporting the aspirations and needs of our learners and communities.

You will promote a positive work atmosphere and communicate in a professional manner that demonstrates mutual respect with students and colleagues.

**Education**:

- A Master’s degree in English or a closely related field
- Provincial Instructors’ Diploma would be considered an asset
