Winnipeg, Canada Delta 9 Bio-Tech Inc. Full time

**PURPOSE OF THE JOB**:
The Data Entry Clerk role includes work responsibilities in both our Delta 9 Bio-Tech and Logistics Companies - Retail Vault location, as well as supplying goods to our Delta 9 Cannabis stores and LP store locations.

**PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Perform data entry tasks within the Retail Vault locations.
- Collect PO information from LPs and update systems.
- Keep ERP and Excel files up to date, including ERP maintenance.
- Updating and entering data into ERP/Shopify/CSS.
- Keep in contact with LPs for shortages or issues with shipments.
- Tend to POD requests and follow ups from LPs.
- Support internal communications between stores and other departments.
- Ability to perform mental math at an advanced level.
- Ability to multi-task depending on what is required by area.
- Forklift operation (as required)
- Other duties as assigned by management.

**KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS REQUIRED**:

- High School Diploma, Secondary education would be an asset.
- Strong computer skills - experience with ERP and Excel an asset.
- Excellent communication skills - internal and external.
- Strong ability in Microsoft, Excel, and Microsoft 365 (ERP)
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to lift 50lbs
- Experience in a regulated environment
