Hours (part time): M-F 10am-10:30pm. Saturday & Sunday 11:30am-12am. Work hours will be based on business needs and rooms booked. You will be expected to be on call.

You are to be a game observer, storyteller, advisor, actor, and problem solver. You will work in our games room and interact directly with the players to deliver entertaining and memorable experiences. We are looking for quick learners with a strong attention to detail. But most of all, applicants should have a knack for hospitality and customer service.

**Responsibilities**:

- Day-to-day customer experience
- Light Maintenance and cleaning
- Oversee games
- Perform administrative duties - taking payments, updating Bookeo, etc
- Address customer inquiries promptly and professionally and ensure customer satisfaction
- Contribute to Mind Hack Growth meetings by challenging and creating ideas

**Job Type**: Part-time
Part-time hours: 10 per week

**Salary**: From $14.00 per hour
