Job Title: Baker

**Duties**:

- Take care of customers & orders
- Prepare and bake a wide range of baked goods such as bread, pastries, cakes, and cookies
- Decorate cakes and pastries according to established designs or customer requests
- Ensure all baked items meet quality standards in terms of taste and appearance
- Follow recipes accurately to maintain consistency in product quality
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen area
- Assist in inventory management by monitoring supplies and placing orders when needed
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing customer inquiries and requests promptly

**Experience**:

- Proven experience as a Baker or similar role in a bakery or food establishment
- Knowledge of food handling procedures and food safety regulations
- Proficiency in various baking techniques including mixing, shaping, and decorating
- Familiarity with kitchen equipment such as mixers, ovens, and decorating tools
- Strong attention to detail to ensure precision in measurements and presentation
- Ability to work efficiently in a team environment while also being self-motivated
- Prior experience in the food industry with a focus on baking is preferred

Pay: $18.00-$19.00 per hour
