**Position Overview**:As a Blade and Scissor Sharpening Specialist and Grooming Equipment Repair Technician, you will have a dual role in our grooming facility. Your primary responsibility will be sharpening various types of blades and scissors to restore their cutting efficiency and precision. Additionally, you will be responsible for diagnosing and repairing grooming equipment such as clippers, dryers, and other grooming tools. This position requires a meticulous approach, patience, and the ability to handle various sharpening tools, repair equipment, and troubleshooting grooming machinery. You will work closely with our team to ensure our customers' satisfaction by providing high-quality sharpening services and equipment repairs.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Perform blade and scissor sharpening using appropriate tools and equipment.
- Diagnose and repair grooming equipment including clippers, dryers, and other grooming tools.
- Inspect and evaluate the condition of blades, scissors, and grooming equipment to determine sharpening or repair requirements.
- Follow established guidelines and processes to ensure consistent and accurate sharpening results and equipment repairs.
- Maintain and calibrate sharpening and repair equipment to ensure optimal performance.
- Document and maintain records of the sharpening services and equipment repairs provided.
- Assist customers in understanding the sharpening process, equipment maintenance, and provide recommendations for blade and scissor care.
- Stay updated with the latest grooming equipment and techniques through continuous learning and training.

**Salary**: $18.00-$19.00 per hour
