Role:
We are looking for talented individuals to join our dynamic team and contribute to our mission of making financial services more accessible and affordable. Required for this role are strong time management and meticulous attention to detail. Responsibilities include managing customer relationships, ensuring high-quality project delivery, and maintaining strong account performance. Collaboration with senior team members is crucial. Additionally, the role entails regularly publishing financial reports and conducting competitor analysis to assess Remitbee's market position.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analysis and Strategy Development: Evaluate market trends and customer needs to enhance our money transfer and currency exchange services. Develop effective data visualizations and dashboards to communicate insights to various business stakeholders.
- Business Account Management: Support the development and management of business accounts, ensuring tailored solutions for corporate clients and build tailored visualizations to meet specific user needs and enhance understanding of complex data sets.
- Financial Service Innovation: Improve skills and knowledge in business analytics and related technologies by collaborating with different teams and identifying opportunities for service enhancements.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
- It will be an asset if you have proven financial services experience, particularly in the field of money transfer and currency exchange.
- Analytical skills with proficiency in tools like PowerBI or Tableau for data analysis and reporting.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
- IT enthusiast with a thorough understanding of the field.
- Ability to work independently and demonstrate initiative.
- Capacity to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
- A collaborative spirit and a team-oriented mindset.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Availability to work 35 hours/week.
