Shop Labourer

Vision Truck Lines is looking for a floor hand to join our team in the shop.

**Responsibilities**:

- Perform Preventative maintenance per Vision Standards and Procedures on our fleet and equipment.
- Repair and Assist in repairs of Vision Units including but not limited to:

- Wheel Ends (Seals, Brakes and Wheels)
- Transmission, Clutch and Rear Differential Swaps
- Trailer Systems Diagnosis and Repair
- Electrical Diagnosis and Repair
- Minor Body work and Paint
- Tool & Building Maintenance
- Exterior Engine component Diagnosis and Repair
- Suspension Diagnosis and Repair
- Air System Diagnosis and Repair
- Fuel System Diagnosis and Repair
- Becomes familiar with and follows Vision Truck Lines Safety Program
- Assist with and perform CVIP inspections as qualified
- Complete required paperwork in regards to Work Orders, PM Schedules and Parts Usage

Qualifications:

- Valid Class 5 License w/ Clean Abstract
- Ability to get Class 1 or 3 license if required, already having would be an asset.
- Ability to work with mínimal supervision and takes pride in their work
- Ability to learn the computer software systems we use in day to day operations.
- Able to qualify for a CVIP license for at least trailer level. (Clean Criminal Background)
- Overtime, Weekend and Holiday work will be required.

Wage offered will be between $40,000.00 and $55,000.00/year depending on experience/qualifications.
